Aging, Blending & Bottling
When the wines are finished and have completed their aging in tanks and barrels, it’s time for the blending process. Some wines will be single varietal, made from a single grape. Others will be a blend of several different wines. Finding the precise blend is a matter of trial and error with ultimate goal of creating a pleasing flavor profile with a harmonious blend of fruit and acidity.
When the wine is complete, it’s time to bottle. In assembly line fashion, our bottling machine will fill, cork, seal and label each bottle. At top speed and fully operational, our bottling machine can produced up to 1000 finished bottles in an hour.
