Have you ever wanted to try your hand at growing grapes in Vermont? This interactive class will be based largely on our experiences here at Shelburne Vineyard. Topics will include, a history of the different grapes grown in our region, what and where to plant, layout of the vines, vine growth stages, vineyard nutrition, canopy management, pruning, and other topics of specific interest to attendees. Enjoy tasting some of our wine paired with local cheeses.
