We are a Vermont pioneering Vineyard

We planted our first grapes in 1998 here in Shelburne Vermont…the heart of the Lake Champlain Valley

This is Vermont’s “banana belt”. While were situated in the north-west part of VT, thanks to our near sea-level location on the east shore of Lake Champlain, the 6th largest lake in the USA….this is the warmest region of the state. Immediately to our south, east and north the growing season is shorter and the winter low temp are more severe.
