We look forward to welcoming you to the vineyard tonight for an evening of music in the loft with Mikahely!

This show was originally supposed to be outside on our lawn, but it is too wet and there is more rain in the forecast for this evening.

 

Please note the loft is only accessible by stairs, the downstairs will be available for anyone who would prefer that. 

Doors open at 6:30pm, and the show begins at 7pm. Please do not arrive before 6:30pm. The tasting room will close briefly after we finish daytime service, and before we open the doors for the show.

 

Here are some helpful details:

 

- Our address is 6308 Shelburne Road, Shelburne, VT 05482.

 

- Please carpool or bike if possible.

 

- No outside alcohol or non-alcoholic drinks are allowed. We will be serving a full selection of wine, beer, cider, non-alcoholic canned drinks and will have a water station. 

 

- We will be offering walk-up bar service, not table service tonight. For wine, we will only be offering glass pours and not full tasting flights. We will also have a selection of cheese and charcuterie available.

 

- We hope you have a real good time!

Who is Mikahely?

Burlington based Mikahely, is a singer/songwriter/guitarist from Madagascar who draws upon traditional rhythms to create a unique style of soothing roots & groovy jazz fusion.

A self-taught musician, he draws inspiration from traditional Malagasy rhythms to create his own unique sound on guitar and valiha (a zither-like instrument made from bamboo).

His songs highlight pressing social and environmental issues facing Madagascar and the world, such as climate change, biodiversity conservation and children's rights.
