This Month’s Comics:
Marlon Fisher: Marlon has been performing stand up since his days in Afghanistan, 12 years ago to boost the morale of fellow soldiers. He has made Vermont his home over the last 11 years where his comedy bits are based off his life as a black vermonter. Becoming a dad has been the best thing that has ever happened and Marlon likes supporting other dads toward fatherhood. Marlon was a past finalist in the Vermont Funniest and recent winner of the Catamount Comedy Contest.
Jordan Perna: Jordan Perna is a New York based comedian who has travel all over the east coast performing comedy at festivals and showcases. They got there start in Vermont and since then has never left the area due to the audiences and comedy community! Jordan’s comedy ranges from witty, dark humor on relatable topics to story telling which make them memorable for any crowd that gets the chance to see them perform!
Sam Kurnit: Actor, Improviser, Comedian; Sam Kurnit wears many hats, which he has to since he's bald and doesn't want a sunburn on the top of his head. Sam's comedy is self described as "too smart for its own good" as he delves into topics that absolutely don't deserve the amount of attention he gives them; but it makes him laugh, so here we are. Sam has performed all around Vermont and is an educator at Vermont Comedy Club.
Chad Blodgett: New Hampshire native Chad Blodgett has charmed audiences in clubs, theaters, and colleges all across New England, New York, and Portland, Oregon with his infectious charisma and affable attitude. Chad weaves real life experiences with a dash of exaggeration into his material. Chad is a man who wears many hats, finding the time to incorporate his comedy skills into improv shows, hosting pub trivia, and even officiating weddings! Chad’s stand up is reminiscent of catching up with one of your funniest old friends. This six-time Vermont Comedy Thunderdome champion got his earliest comedic influences from the likes of George Carlin and Robin Williams.
